Yes I washed in permanent pressed Cycle came out fine, and Put in dryer on gentle everything is ok.

For me I noticed the more layers of clothing I used to sleep in this sleeping bag the warmer my body became during the night and the least clothing I used the cooler. This sleeping bag is excellent quality you just have to be mindful of your clothes layers. Thank you.
